Matching Gifts
Many companies sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. To find out if your company or organization has a matching gift policy, click here.
If your employer is found, please request a matching gift form from your employer's human resources department. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. Send the form completed and signed to AFSP, we will confirm the donation was made and provide your employer with any necessary tax information.

If your employer cannot be found, your donation may still be eligible for a matching gift! Please contact your human resources department.
The matching gift donation will be credited the same as the original donation. For example, if the donor applying for the matching gift sponsored a participant in an Out of the Darkness walk, the matching gift will also be credited to that participant.
The impact of your gift to our organization may be doubled or possibly tripled by applying for a matching gift!
