It’s easy to organize an ISOSD gathering, and even easier with a little help. We recommend finding a few people to help you promote your event, and to pitch in on the day of the gathering.

Other volunteers can help you to:

• Find a location
• Promote and publicize
• Check in participants
• Set up and clean up the gathering site
• Raise funds (optional)
• Find or develop local programming, or serve food (optional)
