Arrive early, at least 90 minutes before the start time.

Test the DVD and all of the audiovisual equipment.

After the event, ask attendees to complete an Evaluation Form. We will send 40 evaluation forms to the Primary Organizer in early November. Feel free to copy these if you think you will need more. We take feedback very seriously. It helps us to improve the program in future years.
